This is a concept idea for the setting of this project. I want my work to be set in a busy city with an almost dystopian feel to it. It will be heavily influenced by Blade Runner and the neon noir style.
To develop this scene further I think that I will use After Effects to add small ambient effects and sounds found in a city, for example, police sirens, wind, and electrical noises from signs.
